Terms & Conditions

Welcome to Ella & Esti Vienna. By shopping with us, you agree to the following terms and conditions. We’ve kept them clear and simple, so you know exactly how we work.

2. Orders & How the Contract Is Formed

  • All products shown in our shop are non-binding offers.

  • By clicking “Order with obligation to pay”, you place a binding order for the items in your cart.

  • You’ll receive an automatic order confirmation by e-mail. At this point, the purchase contract is complete.

3. Prices & Shipping

  • All prices are in euros (€) and include VAT.

  • Shipping costs (if applicable) will be clearly displayed during checkout.

4. Delivery

  • We deliver within Austria and to other EU countries upon request.

  • Unless otherwise noted, delivery usually takes 3–7 business days.

  • If an item is unavailable, we’ll notify you right away.

5. Payment Methods

We currently accept:

  • Credit Card

  • PayPal

  • Sofort (Klarna)

  • Bank Transfer (prepayment)

Payment is due at the time of purchase.

6. Retention of Ownership

Goods remain our property until full payment is received.

7. Your Right to Cancel (14-Day Withdrawal)

As a consumer, you have the right to cancel your order within 14 days without giving a reason.

  • The 14 days begin once you (or someone you authorize) receive the goods.

  • To cancel, simply send us an e-mail at hello@ellaandesti.com with a clear statement that you wish to withdraw.

  • You may also use our Model Withdrawal Form, but it’s not required.

Refunds:

  • We’ll refund all payments, including standard shipping costs, within 14 days of receiving your cancellation.

  • Refunds will be issued via the same payment method you used.

  • We may hold the refund until the goods are returned or proof of return is provided.

  • Return shipping costs are your responsibility.

8. Warranty

If your order arrives with defects or issues, you are entitled by law to:

  • Repair or replacement of the goods.

  • If this fails, you may request a price reduction or cancel the contract.

9. Liability

  • We are liable only for damages caused intentionally or by gross negligence.

  • For slight negligence, we are only liable if essential contractual obligations are breached.

10. Data Protection

We process your personal data only in accordance with the law. Full details are available in our Privacy Policy.

11. Applicable Law & Jurisdiction

  • Austrian law applies (excluding UN sales law).

  • If you are not a consumer, any disputes will be handled by the competent court in Vienna.

12. Severability

If any part of these terms is invalid, the rest remain fully effective.
