Returns & Refunds Policy

We want you to love your order! But if you’re not completely satisfied, you have the right to return your purchase within 14 days of receiving it.

How to Return

• You have 14 days from the day you (or someone you authorize) receive the goods to let us know you’d like to return them.

• To start your return, please contact us at hello@ellaandesti.com with your order details and a clear statement that you’d like to cancel your purchase.

• You may also use our Withdrawal Form (see below), but it’s not required.

Refunds

• Once we receive your return, we’ll refund all payments we’ve received from you, including standard delivery costs, within 14 days.

• Refunds are always made using the same payment method you used for your order.

• We may withhold the refund until we’ve received the returned goods or proof that you’ve sent them back.

Return Shipping

• You are responsible for the cost of returning the items.

• Please make sure items are unused, in their original condition, and safely packaged.
